Job Summary

This essential role involves joining an eight-person Infrastructure as a Service team, focusing on the maintenance and continuous development of core IT technologies, specifically Load Balancer systems based on Citrix products. The engineer will be responsible for the administration, setup, and maintenance of these systems, ensuring the quality, stability, and future viability of the IT infrastructure. Key tasks include supporting the automation of workflows in collaboration with orchestration and automation teams, performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting, and creating thorough documentation and quality assurance protocols. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification, fundamental knowledge of Citrix ADC or similar Load Balancing solutions (Kemp, F5, NSX), and familiarity with SSL/TLS, Content Switching, and Reverse Proxy concepts.
