Job Summary
As a Software Developer at Debeka, one of Germany's top five insurance and building society providers, you will play a pivotal role in evolving and modernizing the company's output management systems. Working within a collaborative project team, your daily responsibilities include configuring business correspondence, translating functional requirements into technical templates, and ensuring corporate design consistency across legacy and future systems. You will act as a bridge between business departments and IT, facilitating the semi-automated migration of document logic and ensuring automated communication across cross-system processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or vocational training with an IT focus.
Experience
- Professional experience in software development and technical configuration
- Experience in capturing and analyzing functional requirements using methodical competencies
- Proven track record of working with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and M365
- Experience in modeling and documenting complex business processes
- Experience in the insurance industry or with insurance products is preferred but not mandatory
