Job Summary

This role involves acting as the crucial link between business needs and technical execution, focusing on improving and developing the current CRM landscape, particularly the Loyalty tools and mechanics. The analyst will be responsible for defining, challenging, and translating complex business requirements into clear technical designs, while consulting stakeholders on optimal solution architecture. Key daily tasks include defining AS-IS processes, creating TO-BE solutions for process improvement, and moderating workshops to gather requirements effectively. Furthermore, the role requires documenting and tracking work items, such as Epics and User Stories, using Jira. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and initial professional experience in requirements engineering. Fluency in English is mandatory for succeeding in this dynamic, full-time permanent position.
