Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Technical Trainer focused on electrical engineering and complex product lines, delivering instruction to internal staff, customers, and global partners both in-house and on-site worldwide. Key responsibilities include conducting technical training courses on complex product usage, developing detailed training documentation, creating certification programs, and providing participant support. The ideal candidate possesses a technical Bachelor's degree with at least five years of related experience, or a Master's degree (even entry-level), and must exhibit outstanding communication skills and mechanical aptitude. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient individual who enjoys teaching and ensuring course materials accurately reflect current product features by collaborating closely with engineering and technical support teams.
