Job Summary
This role involves actively shaping digital services and applications within the German healthcare system, contributing to the federal Ministry of Health's digitalization strategy. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the technical leadership and continuous development of digital services related to the electronic health record (eCare), leading a cross-functional product team comprised of internal staff and external service providers. Key responsibilities include planning and managing tasks, collaborating with product owners, maintaining the product backlog, moderating meetings, and ensuring architectural compliance. This position offers a challenging and varied work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth, working across multiple locations and with various development groups and external providers.

Education
IT-related degree or comparable qualification
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in hybrid or agile IT projects
- Demonstrable experience in leading agile IT projects, preferably in digital product development
Languages

- Project management certification (e.g., PMI, GPM); Agile methods certification (e.g., Product Owner, Hybrid+, PMI ACP); Ability to work across multiple locations (Berlin, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Wuppertal, and approx. 30 other locations in Germany).
