Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy in advancing the state's energy and climate protection goals. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies for energy policy, including the 'Team Energy Transition Bavaria' initiative. Key daily tasks include conceptualizing, preparing, and executing public relations events, coordinating the Bavarian Energy Advisory Board, and managing the ministry's energy-related internet presence. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Geography with a strong academic record, possesses excellent conceptual and organizational skills, and demonstrates a deep understanding of energy policy and economics. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree (consecutive, minimum 300 ECTS) or Diploma (University) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Geography, with a final grade of 1.8 or better

Experience

  • Experience in public relations, such as trade fairs, web presence, and campaign planning (Advantageous)
  • Experience in energy policy, energy economics, and public administration (Advantageous)
  • Professional experience requiring strong verbal and written expression
  • Professional experience requiring negotiation skills and interaction with external stakeholders (parliament, authorities, associations, companies, citizens)
