Senior IT Service Technician | Senior IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive on-site IT services for the German Federal Armed Forces, focusing on incident and request management for PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments. The Senior IT Service Technician will be responsible for second-level support, hardware and software maintenance, and participating in IT infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving IT issues, performing installations, moves, additions, changes, and disposals (IMACDs), and ensuring compliance with service levels. The ideal candidate will have strong IT and telecommunications knowledge, experience with ticket and asset management systems, and a background in IT system electronics or integration.
