Job Summary

This role is for a Junior Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) Engineer supporting the Galileo satellite program at Airbus Defence and Space in Immenstaad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing functional tests for AIT satellite programs, including defining test procedures, assisting with electrical integration, and analyzing satellite configurations. A key part of the job involves preparing and evaluating test data, documenting results through comprehensive test reports, and supporting fault analysis (NCR investigation). The position requires a degree in Technical Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering, professional experience in functional satellite AIT, and proficiency in Unix and MS Office. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with a willingness to work occasional shift duty.
