Job Summary
This role is a critical position coordinating electronic and electromechanical components for TKMS GmbH, a leading global system provider specializing in submarines and naval vessels, located in Bremen. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial assignment of customs tariff numbers (requiring personal certification), managing GTIN and GS1 numbers, and processing quality reports related to materials. A core function involves evaluating and introducing replacement materials for components that have been discontinued. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining material master data, ensuring strict compliance with relevant regulations such as REACH and RoHS. Furthermore, the role involves advising the development team on material-related inquiries and supporting material registration processes and effort estimations. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering or information/system electronics, deep knowledge of electronic components, and proficiency in SAP, alongside fluent German and English skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification, OR completed vocational training with further qualification as a Technician or Master in Information Electronics and System Electronics.
