Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Manufacturing Controller specializing in AWACS aircraft for Airbus Defence and Space at the Manching site. Key responsibilities include creating and iteratively updating production orders, ensuring material availability, and managing manufacturing documentation. A core function is guaranteeing a smooth aircraft maintenance process by timely scheduling, retrieving, and correcting both planned and unplanned work orders. You will monitor the aircraft's progress, oversee the build status based on the input configuration, and adjust work orders accordingly. Furthermore, you will interact closely with all production and support departments, assisting the work planning area in creating and optimizing neutral work plans. The ideal candidate possesses vocational training in aircraft mechanics or electronics, multi-year experience in aircraft construction and maintenance, and strong proficiency in German and English, making this an excellent opportunity within the prestigious European aerospace industry.
