Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Service Technician based in Wiesbaden, responsible for providing professional hardware installation, maintenance, and 1st and 2nd Level IT support. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating the setup and dismantling of IT systems, performing hardware repairs, managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and conducting independent hardware upgrades. The technician will also be responsible for configuring network and system settings, executing function tests, and maintaining asset data and inventory using customer tools. Key requirements include a completed IT-specific education or equivalent qualifications, proven experience in hardware installation and network configuration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, sometimes leading small teams.
