This role is for an engaged and reliable IT Service Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in the data center environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and implementation of IT infrastructure measures. Day-to-day tasks include performing cabling work according to specifications, installing, removing, and relocating hardware such as servers and network components from various manufacturers, and meticulously documenting all activities within the customer tool. You will also be preparing and processing tickets and professionally supporting external technicians. Key requirements include solid IT knowledge, experience with data center hardware installation/removal, and familiarity with data center cabling.
