Job Summary

This role involves taking on a central function in steering salary accounting while providing both technical and disciplinary leadership for an established team of eight employees. The Team Lead will actively participate in payroll processing, independently handling complex accounting cases, and ensuring legally compliant and timely salary payments for approximately 5,100 employees. Key responsibilities include process development, structural harmonization, and close collaboration with adjacent HR areas like time management and personnel support. The ideal candidate possesses commercial training or equivalent qualifications, deep experience in payroll, and expert knowledge of labor, wage tax, and social security law.
