Job Summary

This role involves taking on a central function in steering salary accounting, encompassing both the technical and disciplinary leadership of an eight-person team, while also actively participating in payroll processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently handling complex accounting cases and ensuring legally compliant, timely payroll for approximately 5,100 employees. Key requirements include a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, profound experience in salary accounting, and excellent knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law. Experience with P&I LOGA and relevant collective agreements (AVR or TVöD-K) is advantageous.
