Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join a telecommunications company in Fürstenwalde/Spree, initially via temporary employment with the strong goal of permanent takeover. The Facility Manager / Caretaker serves as the primary point of contact for building issues, including handling disturbances, emergencies, and minor repairs. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting internal relocation services, preparing meeting rooms, managing office supplies like paper and toner, conducting internal and external control inspections, and overseeing external service providers. Additionally, the role requires ensuring winter services are maintained during icy or snowy conditions and managing goods reception. Candidates must possess a completed technical or commercial qualification, relevant professional experience in facility management or as a caretaker, and strong German language skills (B2 minimum).
