Job Summary

This role involves managing and overseeing the technical aspects of building operations for Germany's largest property owner, based in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The Operations Manager will be responsible for technical facility management, including steering and monitoring external technical service providers, handling construction measures and projects, and managing the operation of technical systems. A key focus is on planning and developing maintenance processes, creating performance specifications, and ensuring the economic efficiency of technical installations. Candidates must possess a degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, or a comparable technical field, coupled with relevant professional experience in technical facility management. Strong knowledge of relevant technical standards (GEFMA, AMEV, DIN, HOAI, VOB, VOL) and excellent German language skills are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
