Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key expert in the administration, support, and continuous development of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) within a major hospital setting aiming to become a Smart Hospital. Day-to-day tasks include providing comprehensive support (phone, email, in-person) to employees, managing system configuration and user interfaces, and overseeing release management, testing, and validation processes. The specialist will also be responsible for creating engaging eLearning courses using authoring tools and collaborating with LMS vendors for troubleshooting and advanced development. Key requirements include a relevant university degree (e.g., Informatics, Pedagogy, Psychology) and proven experience in LMS conception, implementation, and support, coupled with strong analytical skills and a commitment to quality and detail.
