This critical role involves leading and managing projects focused on connecting renewable energy generation facilities to the distribution grid, specifically utilizing intelligent transfer stations, medium-voltage substations, and associated remote control and protection technology. The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive project lifecycle, spanning from initial proposal creation and budget management to ensuring timely customer acceptance and continuous process improvement. Key requirements include a solid electrical engineering background (Master Electrician, Technician, or B.Sc. degree) and practical experience applying technical connection rules for low and and medium voltage systems (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110). Success demands a reliable, conscientious, and team-oriented approach combined with strong technical and commercial acumen.
