Job Summary

This role is for a Project Manager specializing in Renewable Energy and Medium Voltage Substations, based in Bayreuth. The core responsibility is managing the full lifecycle of projects connecting generation facilities to the distribution grid via smart transfer stations, encompassing substations, remote control, and protection technology. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive project handling, from creating initial proposals and managing the budget to ensuring timely customer acceptance. The manager will also be responsible for continuously developing and improving working processes and structures, and preparing negotiation and supplementary offers. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, ideally an Electrical Engineering degree (B.Sc.), Master Electrician, or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with practical experience in grid connection according to VDE-AR-N 4105/4110 standards. Success in this position requires a reliable work ethic, strong commercial and technical understanding, and fluency in written and spoken German.
