This role involves working as an Onsite Support Service Technician at a central service point on a large corporate campus in Munich, focusing on managed IT services for industrial companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the IT inventory and warehouse operations, preparing and deploying loaner notebooks according to instructions, and issuing small IT components like headphones or speakerphones for Skype for Business. A key part of the job is providing telephone support during mobile device rollouts and streamlining appointment scheduling processes. The ideal candidate possesses good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), general PC and notebook hardware knowledge, and familiarity with mobile hardware like iPhones and iPads.
