Job Summary

This hands-on technical role focuses on the manufacturing and quality assurance of critical electrical components, specifically generators, electric motors, and drives, used in safety-critical applications across Aerospace, Defense, and Rail industries. Daily responsibilities include the precise winding of coils according to defined procedures, preparing and applying insulation, and integrating coils into electromechanical assemblies. You will utilize various connection techniques such as bandaging, crimping, and soldering to create functional subassemblies. A crucial part of the job involves performing and documenting rigorous electrical quality checks, including insulation, resistance, and high-voltage testing, using precision electrical and mechanical measuring devices. Candidates must possess a completed technical education as an Electromechanical or Electronics Technician, demonstrate strong manual dexterity, precision, and a commitment to quality and work safety, while actively contributing to continuous improvement processes within the production environment.
