Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer specializing in high-voltage energy storage and battery systems at VINCORION, you will be responsible for designing the system architecture of the future. Your day-to-day activities involve defining specifications for high-voltage systems—including cell selection, module interconnection, and thermal management—while managing technical requirements for internal teams and external suppliers. You will lead technical reviews, oversee prototype validation, and design critical safety concepts for military and industrial applications. This role is highly interdisciplinary, requiring close collaboration with development, validation, and quality departments. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role focusing on energy storage or battery systems
  • Proven success in creating complex technical specifications and requirement documents
  • Experience in the technical leadership of external development partners and suppliers
  • Practical experience with safety standards for batteries and ideally military qualification processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and architecture modeling
