Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer specializing in high-voltage energy storage and battery systems at VINCORION, you will be responsible for designing the system architecture of the future. Your day-to-day activities involve defining specifications for high-voltage systems—including cell selection, module interconnection, and thermal management—while managing technical requirements for internal teams and external suppliers. You will lead technical reviews, oversee prototype validation, and design critical safety concepts for military and industrial applications. This role is highly interdisciplinary, requiring close collaboration with development, validation, and quality departments.
