Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician specializing in Microbiology within a leading GMP-certified contract laboratory serving the pharmaceutical, chemical, medical device, and cosmetics sectors. The core responsibilities include the independent execution of microbiological testing, particularly for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring all documentation adheres strictly to GMP standards. Beyond routine testing, the technician will plan and execute specialized microbiological investigations, assist with equipment qualification, and create GMP-relevant documents such as test plans, reports, and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Biological Laboratory Technician (or equivalent), is familiar with GxP and Ph. Eur. regulations, and is proficient in MS Office.
