Job Summary

This role involves performing independent chemical-pharmaceutical examinations on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods for clients in the life science industry. Based in Karlsruhe, you will work within a GMP-certified contract laboratory, applying a wide range of wet chemical and instrumental techniques including HPLC, GC, and titration. Your daily responsibilities include conducting analytical tests for product release, stability studies, and method validation, while ensuring all data is documented according to strict GMP/GLP regulations. You will also be responsible for qualifying laboratory equipment and supporting the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position is unique for its flexibility, offering a part-time option starting from 24 hours per week within a family-run company that values short decision-making paths. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant (Chemielaborant), Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a pharmaceutical or biochemical laboratory environment is preferred
  • Experience in performing common pharmaceutical analyses and chromatographic procedures
  • Practical experience working within GMP and GLP regulated environments
  • Experience in documenting analytical data and supporting the creation of technical reports and SOPs
