Job Summary
This role involves joining a leading IT and process integration company specializing in real-time global supply chain management for the logistics sector, including the automotive industry. As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary interface between customers and internal technical departments. Daily tasks include effectively analyzing, resolving, and documenting customer inquiries in both German and English, collaborating with the team on problem-solving, and supporting customer IT projects, including testing new solutions. The ideal candidate possesses completed technical training, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of SQL databases. This position offers a secure, long-term perspective with intensive onboarding, attractive compensation, and significant flexibility, including the option for up to 60% remote work from home.
