Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional interested in the centralized monitoring and operation of Enterprise customer networks in Munich. As a Data Center IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of server and storage systems within the data center environment. Key daily activities include providing Second Level Support for Windows Server systems, managing and documenting incidents via a ticketing system, and coordinating hardware repairs with manufacturers. You will also plan and execute various projects, such as data migrations and hard drive capacity expansions throughout the server lifecycle. To succeed, you should have a completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and practical experience with Windows Server, Intel-based hardware systems, and data center server setup.
