This is an opportunity to join a 12-person IT team within a financial sector company based in Munich, focusing on 2nd Level Support for Citrix environments. The specialist will be responsible for fault analysis and resolution within the Citrix AHP environment, Exchange Server, and Active Directory. A key part of the role involves acting as the crucial interface between 1st Level Support colleagues and Citrix Server Administrators, ensuring smooth operations. Day-to-day tasks also include creating and maintaining IT documentation, building a robust Knowledge Base of support cases, and contributing to the conception and setup of new IT environments and solutions. Candidates should possess a completed IT vocational education or demonstrate strong technical affinity and foundational experience in IT user support, coupled with high customer and service orientation.
