As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support, your core responsibilities will involve comprehensive troubleshooting, fault analysis, and resolution for hardware, software, network, and communication systems directly at the customer's location. You will also be responsible for administering the client environment, managing the full lifecycle of client hardware and software, and ensuring meticulous technical documentation and inventory data maintenance. The position requires a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or similar, combined with professional experience in IT support. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in German and English, and a proactive approach to client service within an international environment.
