Job Summary

This role is for a motivated IT Service Technician focused on delivering comprehensive onsite support and IT solutions for customers in Hechingen, working for a leading European IT services and e-commerce expert. Day-to-day responsibilities involve installing and configuring hardware and software, analyzing and resolving disturbances within customer IT infrastructures, and handling 2nd Level Support requests. The technician will be responsible for maintaining Windows clients and printers, troubleshooting network and telecommunications issues, and providing direct technical support at the customer site. Key requirements include a technical IT qualification (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician or IT Specialist System Integration) or relevant experience, knowledge of Windows, iOS, and standard applications, and excellent German and fluent English skills.
