Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Technician to join the Field Service Team of a prominent law firm in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on end-user support. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incoming disruption reports via the ticketing system, performing detailed analysis and resolution of IT malfunctions, and ensuring thorough documentation of all processes. You will also be responsible for instructing users on the correct use of hardware and software, and organizing the setup, relocation, and dismantling of IT workstations on-site. The position requires a completed IT qualification and experience handling common client peripheral devices. This is a full-time, permanent position (initially temporary employment with option for permanent takeover) offering a secure job with future perspectives within an international environment.
