Job Summary
This role as an IT Service Desk Agent in Stuttgart involves tackling diverse technical challenges and providing essential 1st-level support for both internal and external users. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming incidents related to mobile devices, client hardware, and software, performing initial troubleshooting, and documenting all activities within the internal ticketing system. Furthermore, you will actively participate in various IT projects aimed at developing and improving the existing system landscape, including installing client software using Matrix 42. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-focused education or equivalent qualifications, coupled with professional knowledge in IT support and excellent written and spoken German skills. This position offers a stimulating environment characterized by innovative IT solutions and the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
