Job Summary

This role is perfect for an experienced IT Service Technician looking to handle diverse rollout and field service tasks in the greater Berlin area. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing IT support tasks encompassing Incident, Service Request, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Break & Fix tickets. You will provide essential on-site user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform installations at workstations, and execute complete IT relocations. A key focus is ensuring the operational readiness of various devices, including desktops, notebooks, tablets, iPhones, multimedia equipment, and mobile handheld scanners. The ideal candidate possesses practical experience with Windows Client operating systems (like Windows 10), proficiency in hardware/software support, and familiarity with administering Windows Workstations and Laptops equipped with Microsoft Office O365.
