Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Technician to deliver specialized services within the Personal Systems, Datacenter, and Networking environments for an information technology service provider. The core responsibilities involve providing hardware installation services, executing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities, and resolving client-side incidents. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues on client devices, configuring PCs, notebooks, and printers, and supporting users with mobile devices (iOS & Android). Candidates must possess a strong IT qualification or recent practical experience, proficiency in ticketing systems for documentation, and expertise in technical cabling. Due to the international nature of the client, excellent German and English language skills are mandatory, alongside a Class B driver's license for on-site support.
