Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Specialist in Munich to join a leading company focused on driving digital transformation and enhancing efficiency for its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, and updating employee workstations, troubleshooting IT disturbances, and finding appropriate solutions. You will also be involved in monitoring system performance, identifying causes for performance degradation, and implementing optimizations. A key part of the role is providing comprehensive First and Second Level IT Support to end-users. Ideal candidates will have a successfully completed IT-related education (e.g., as an IT Specialist) and ideally possess initial professional experience in the field. Strong knowledge of German and English, coupled with experience in IT Support or Service Desk operations, is essential.
