This role involves providing essential 1st Level IT Support, primarily focusing on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and ensuring hardware availability for employees in Munich-Sendling. Day-to-day tasks include receiving, analyzing, and resolving IT disruptions via a ticketing system (TopDesk), phone, email, or on-site, escalating complex issues to higher support tiers. A core responsibility is managing mobile phones and tablets, including deploying applications using MDM solutions. The specialist will also execute hardware rollouts, encompassing device setup, dismantling, replacement, and relocation. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in IT (e.g., as an IT Systems Integration Specialist or IT Customer Consultant) and possesses experience with ticketing systems and MDM. This position offers an unlimited contract with the option for permanent employment, flexible hours, and a modern, well-connected work environment.
