Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically inclined professional with initial experience in networking environments who is comfortable working within IT rollout projects. As an IT Support Technician based in Bremen, you will be crucial in a long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider. Day-to-day tasks involve the physical installation and replacement of network components (specifically Cisco switches), configuring devices according to predefined templates, managing fiber optic and copper cable patching, and handling the proper disposal of old equipment. You will also be responsible for technical documentation and coordinating with local customer teams and external service providers, such as electricians.
