Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Onsite Specialist to actively participate in the planning, implementation, and further development of customer IT environments within a long-term infrastructure project. Based in Weimar, you will be the central point of contact for user inquiries, providing essential Frontdesk Support and handling technical first-level solutions. Daily tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware and standard software, performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), function tests, and hardware repairs. You will independently manage tickets within 1st and 2nd Level Support and assist with setting up and optimizing new workstations. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT apprenticeship or several years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of current operating systems and Office configurations, and fluency in both German and English, offering a long-term perspective in a technically sophisticated enterprise environment.
