Job Summary
This role as an Onsite IT Support Technician in Bonn is part of a long-term infrastructure project supporting a leading IT service provider's clients. You will be responsible for providing direct 1st and 2nd Level support, acting as a flexible substitute across two alternating customer locations. Daily tasks involve handling IT inquiries, troubleshooting standard issues, and managing Identity Management, including maintaining user accounts, group policies, and access rights within Active Directory. Furthermore, you will assist with Cloud Support related to Azure topics like device management and license administration, and participate in Rollout, IMAC (Installation, Moves, Adds, Changes), and system migration activities. The ideal candidate has a completed IT qualification, at least one year of practical support experience, strong technical skills in Windows 10/11, M365, and AD, and must be service-oriented and fluent in German.
