The core responsibilities include the assembly of electric motors according to technical drawings, performing intermediate and final inspections, and meticulously documenting the results. You will also be crucial in maintaining machinery, conducting fault analysis, troubleshooting, and assisting in prototype construction. Furthermore, you will contribute to continuous improvement processes (KVP) and the creation of new work instructions. The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical qualification, possesses practical experience in motor repair, and is comfortable with shift work.
