Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing a specialized team focused on Information Security within operational IT environments, serving the German Pension Insurance (DRV). The successful candidate will assume personnel and technical responsibility for the team, coordinating staff, driving change processes, and actively shaping the team's security tasks. Key responsibilities include supporting the investigation of security incidents, creating and maintaining security policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance, and reporting to management. The role requires a degree in IT or equivalent qualification, proven professional experience in the field, and initial team leadership experience.
