Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced IT Service Technician for Onsite Support in Hechingen, joining a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management. The core responsibilities involve managing the entire support lifecycle, from receiving calls and logging tickets to providing hands-on, local assistance to clients. You will be the primary point of contact for issues concerning Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. Key qualifications include a completed vocational degree in IT (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), strong familiarity with hardware, mobile devices, current Windows operating systems, iOS, and standard software like Office and Adobe. Experience utilizing ticketing systems and basic networking knowledge, particularly patching, is essential.
