Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive technical planning, calculation, and proposal generation for large-scale renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic systems, transformer stations, battery storage, LED lighting, and e-charging infrastructure. The Project Planner/Electrical Engineer acts as the central technical expert, ensuring projects are technically sound, economically viable, and customer-oriented before implementation. Key responsibilities include creating execution plans, tender documents, and coordinating closely with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a background as an Electrician, preferably with further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, and possesses strong skills in technical drawing interpretation, ERP systems, and project management tools. This position offers the chance to actively shape the energy transition within a growing energy solutions provider, requiring a structured approach and occasional travel for site visits.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician (Elektroniker) or comparable technical qualification. Further education as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Experience

  • Completed vocational training as an Electrician or comparable technical qualification
  • Further education as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering is preferred
  • Professional experience in technical internal services, project planning, or proposal management
  • Experience in Electrical Engineering, Photovoltaics (PV), or E-Mobility is ideal
  • Understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and grid connection requirements
