Job Summary

This role as a Service Technician / Electrician places you at the forefront of the e-mobility revolution, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, ranging from simple wall boxes to high-speed charging stations. A core part of your mission involves preventative maintenance and conducting thorough checks to ensure charging systems, along with associated infrastructure like PV systems, energy storage, and transformer stations, operate reliably. When technical issues arise, you act as the primary troubleshooter, analyzing problems with remote support and performing on-site repairs, often alongside a colleague. You will also be responsible for clearly explaining technical functionalities and training customers directly on the equipment. This position requires significant travel (50-60%) across Germany, Austria, and occasionally Italy, making a willingness to be on the road essential. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an Electrician for Industrial Systems or equivalent and possesses strong customer service skills.
