Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Lead Electrician specializing in electrical engineering, focusing on site management and technical execution across various projects, including sustainable energy, security, data technology, and building automation. The Lead Electrician is responsible for the professional assembly and active participation on site, leading and coordinating teams (including internal and external personnel). Key duties involve implementing execution plans, preparing work (personnel deployment, material disposition), conducting commissioning, functional tests, and measurements, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. The ideal candidate must possess a recognized German electrical engineering qualification, proven leadership experience on construction sites, and excellent proficiency in German, coupled with strong technical documentation skills and customer orientation.
