Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Control Room Operator specializing in the operational management of an Offshore Wind Park located near Helgoland. The operator will be responsible for the 24/7 monitoring and operation of the park's technical systems using specialized control and monitoring software. Key day-to-day duties include performing first-level troubleshooting on wind turbines and offshore substations, acting as the primary remote support contact for offshore technicians, and coordinating complex technical issues with relevant operational units. Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering, a minimum of five years of relevant experience in offshore wind park operations, advanced experience in maritime logistics, and a high level of HSSE awareness. This position offers a permanent contract and operates on a rotational schedule (e.g., 14/14 or 15/13 days offshore/off).

Completed vocational training, preferably in Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the operation of an Offshore Wind Park
  • Advanced operational experience with Offshore Wind Parks and maritime logistics
  • Experience with emergency response procedures
