Job Summary

This role, based in Mannheim and offered through temporary employment with the goal of permanent placement at Roche Diagnostics GmbH, focuses on coordinating and implementing engineering changes (ECRs) within complex production environments. The Technician will be responsible for planning, assigning tasks, and ensuring the timely closure of ECRs in coordination with the Operations Product Leader. Key duties include creating and maintaining documentation, work plans, material master data, and bills of materials, as well as managing the smooth phase-in and phase-out of changes in production. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in mechatronics, electrical, or mechanical fields, coupled with multi-year professional experience in manufacturing complex mechatronic systems within a regulated GMP/ISO 13485 environment. Strong communication, SAP proficiency, and adherence to strict quality and regulatory requirements are essential for success in this critical production support role.
