Job Summary

This role offers a technical specialist the opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim, focusing on the analysis and optimization of Technical Building Services (TGA) and HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing and documenting current system settings (e.g., run times, temperatures, humidity, air exchange rates), ensuring documentation aligns with room and zone assignments, and establishing target values based on occupancy data, legal, and regulatory requirements. A core function is comparing actual versus target performance to develop actionable recommendations for new system settings, specifically aimed at maximizing energy efficiency while meeting user needs. The ideal candidate must have a completed apprenticeship in building services, at least three years of relevant experience, and excellent command of German and data processing tools like Excel or Google programs. This position is initially temporary (via agency) with a strong focus on permanent takeover by Roche.
