Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Saxon Development Bank (SAB) in Leipzig by joining the 10-person ICT Risk Management team, focusing on developing and maintaining robust ICT Risk Management (RIM) processes, especially in light of the DORA regulation. The specialist will independently create and maintain RIM processes, guidelines, and recommendations, and manage the DORA-Datamart, a critical tool for identifying and assessing ICT risks. Key responsibilities include documenting the SAB's information network according to BSI standards, advising internal stakeholders on RIM matters, and ensuring data quality across all RIM-relevant interfaces. Candidates should possess a degree in Informatics/Business Informatics or equivalent IT experience, combined with strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements like DORA, and proficiency in M365 Power BI. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Informatics / Business Informatics, ideally specializing in ICT Risk, Information Security, or IT Security Management, OR IT training with relevant experience. Certifications in Information Security and (ICT) Risk Management are desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in ICT Risk Management, Information Security, or IT Security Management (if educational background is non-specialized)
- Knowledge and experience with banking regulatory requirements and laws (e.g., DORA)
- Experience with M365 Power BI software
