Job Summary
As a Team Lead Product Development, you will lead a team of approximately 10 individuals, fostering an open, agile, and trusting collaborative environment. Your day-to-day will involve providing strategic impulses for the development and enhancement of funding programs, specifically focusing on marketable credit programs with promotional aspects, alongside managing existing grant programs. You will be responsible for defining clear frameworks to achieve team goals, steering product introductions, and coordinating technical and operational implementations across the bank. This role is attractive for a leader who can navigate complexity, drive change, and ensure the economic efficiency of products through program calculation and controlling. You will also communicate with state authorities to align on and develop funding programs, identify process improvement potentials, and support the bank's transformation process.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Administrative Specialist, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in a comparable role or in the credit sector
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating instruments and methods
- Experience with agile working methods and leading teams in distributed locations (desired)
- Professional experience with process and system knowledge for banking product processing (desired)
