Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and managing all aspects of operational health management (BGM) within the organization, focusing on prevention, occupational medicine, and reintegration processes. The coordinator will be responsible for organizing medical examinations according to professional association principles and working closely with the company doctor. Key duties include planning and leading the BGM steering committee in collaboration with management, organizing health circles, and executing company-wide health days and corporate BGM projects. The successful candidate must have a completed three-year commercial vocational training, preferably with experience in HR or health management, and possess strong organizational, conceptual, and communication skills. The position requires a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and fluent German language skills, and is initially limited to one year as a parental leave replacement.
